The fair was inaugurated by the Honorable Chairman of the Energy Regulatory Commission, Mr. Jalal Ahmed. The closing ceremony of the fair was attended by the late Mr. AF Hasan Arif Sir, Advisor to the Ministry of Land, Civil Aviation and Tourism of the interim government. There were a total of 287 stalls, both domestic and foreign, including more than 50 stalls from Pakistan, China, India, Thailand, Nepal, and Iran.
